Process Plant Control-System Delivery
Full control-system design, development, testing, commissioning and handover support for a Perth-based gas process plant using Siemens S7-1500 PLC, ET 200SP remote I/O and Citect SCADA.
The process plant required a complete control-system solution developed from scratch. The work covered PLC architecture, PLC template development, SCADA development, process sequence control, vendor interfaces, testing, commissioning and handover. The project required coordination between process requirements, field instrumentation, PLC logic, Citect SCADA displays, commissioning constraints and operational expectations.
